About

South East London-based artist and producer, Cuttfruit, combines growling industrial electronic music with precise and heartfelt melodies. Their work discusses post-gender queer vulnerability through performance and audiovisual practice, grounded in electronic and technological processes.Cuttfruit has developed their solo set performing in the London electronic music scene at venues such as The Windmill (Brixton), Spanners, Venue M.O.T, the Avalon Cafe, VFDalston, etc.Their output also spans choreographed work, community organising and fundraising, theatre composition and experimental filmmaking and scoring (see more in the 'Projects' section.Get in touch for collaboration / work by pressing the 'Contact' button above.

KNOTS

A growing network of creatives collaborating with noise and sound art to fundraise for direct action groups, charities, and more to combat encroaching authoritarianism. Facilitated by Cuttfruit and vanchoked, KNOTS aims to divorce itself from the consumerist driven and barrier entrenched experimental music scene, while opening it up to cross-disciplinary collaborations.Knots i - 13/02/2026

MOLD

Cuttfruit's second collaborative work with Vanchoked (Oscar Rodriguez) to bring their experimental queer narrative to the stage as part of the 2025 Camden Fringe. Cuttfruit composed a bespoke collection of sound to accompany dialogue, poetry and other elements of the show, as well as operating the sound desk for each night of the run.


Privacy is Dead

Cuttfruit's first collaboration with Vanchoked which explored surveillance and thresholds of consent in these data-driven times. A choreographed piece which formed part of Takdaja's Odyssey of Oddities at Riverside Studios.


Edinburgh Charity Fashion Show 2024

Cuttfruit composed a bespoke score for the Edinburgh Charity Fashion Show 2024, on the theme of Metamorphosis. The show raised over £8,000 for the Scottish Refugee Council. Listen to the score here.
